Spicy Singapore is a peanut chili sauce with a balanced heat and Southeast Asian character. Galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime add depth and freshness without overpowering the flavor.


This sauce was created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Christian Vogel from Birdy's in Brunnen.

Ingredients: PEANUTS, cane sugar, chili, garlic, balsamic vinegar (SULFITES) SOYBEAN PASTE (SOYBEANS, WHEAT FLOUR), sweet potatoes, cornstarch, garlic, SESAME, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime peel, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom), acidifier: citric acid.
May contain traces of EGG or MUSTARD.
