Delivery conditions

SWISSWIDE DELIVERY

We deliver our products frozen with our logistics partner Planzer-Paket all over Switzerland. The Momos are kept frozen in a Thermobox and dry ice.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order amount is CHF 67.–.

Free delivery

For orders from CHF 140, we will cover the complete costs of your delivery and packaging worth CHF 25-32.

Order closure

At 3 p.m. for delivery on the following day or a later date.

Delivery

Choose any date between Tuesday to Saturday for the delivery of your Momos, with the exception of statutory holidays. Please keep track of your regional holidays, to which no parcels are delivered.

The delivery takes place as an express delivery with our logistics partner Planzer. Delivery takes place in the morning until 12:00 p.m. of the selected date. In some cases, delivery can also take place in the afternoon.

In the absence, the delivery is deposited on the front door or under the mailbox. From this moment we cannot take responsibility for the whereabouts or condition of the delivery.

Packaging

The frozen momos are placed in a styrofoam box, provided with dry ice and other coolants. Finally, the box will be sealed.

Due to this packaging concept, the Momos normally remain frozen for at least 30 hours.

Return packaging

For the sake of sustainability, we are happy to use clean styrofoam boxes again. You can send us back the box and the packaging material free of charge.

Refund warranty

In rare cases, there may be a delivery error by our delivery partner. Therefore, if you do not receive your delivery on the desired day, please contact us so that we can check the status and transfer the amount back if deemed appropriate. As soon as the delayed delivery arrives, the goods should not be consumed but disposed.

Right of withdrawal

If the delivered goods are defective at the time of handover or deposit or if there is a false delivery, we ensure a replacement delivery or we reimburse the damaged products. If the replacement delivery fails, you can request the purchase of the purchase.

Our liability for our own fault and that of our employees, legal representatives and vicarious agents are limited to intent.

Momotime is responsible for delivering responsibility on the desired delivery day. Delivery within the desired delivery window cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic jams, failures of the transport company, etc.
