From the charcoal grill straight into the momo.
The marbled Angus beef from the Holzen butcher's shop in Ennetbürgen is brined for 7 days and then smoked in the Big Green Egg to produce juicy beef brisket. Together with roasted onions and celery, you get a hearty taste experience that will bring your last barbecue evening back to life.
These momos were created in collaboration with Michelin-star chef Christian Vogel from Birdy's in Brunnen.

Ingredients: Dough made from WHEAT FLOUR (contains GLUTEN), water, vegetable charcoal.
Filling: Beef (origin: Switzerland), CELERY, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (contains SULFITES), garlic, pepper, salt, chili, cane sugar. May contain traces of EGG, SOY, or MUSTARD.

Easy preparation:

Frying in a pan:
Fry the frozen momos in a pan with a little vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add approx. 2dl water, cover and steam for 10 minutes.

Steaming in a bamboo steamer:
Bring water to the boil.
Line the bamboo steamer with perforated steaming paper (included free of charge).
Spread the frozen momos loosely in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Delivered fresh and frozen:
Our momos are frozen immediately after production and shipped in special insulated packaging with dry ice. This ensures that they reach you in perfect condition anywhere in Switzerland.
