Momo Noodles Beef

This dish is suitable both as a side dish to our momos and as a main course. This creation combines the spice world of the Himalayas with our beef momos. The use of home-made chili oil and an intense sesame mixture gives the dish its nutty and spicy taste. The fried filling of our popular beef momos provides the right amount of roasted flavors. Caution: highly addictive.

The dish is freshly cooked an immediately frozen, contains no preservatives and is ready to serve in 9 minutes.

1. Cook the pasta with a pinch of salt (6 mins)
2. Heat the sauce sachet in a warm water bath (approx. 80°C) (3 min)
3. Mix the pasta and sauce. Garnish with the spring onions and toasted sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
